Taiko was the first to introduce soba and udon to Los Angeles as a serious cuisine.

The unique menu choices developed by Taiko surpass even the most progressive sushi and noodle restaurants in Tokyo. Since its opening in 1994, Taiko Restaurant has consistently provided Los Angeles patrons with a refreshingly complete menu.
